There is a $49.99 service charge for all scheduled service appointments, charged at the time of scheduling. Fee becomes non-refundable 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

There is a non-refundable $129.99 service charge for all emergency roadside service calls in Clark & Multnomah county's from 8 am to 8 pm Monday - Friday. Before 8 am, after 8 pm and on Saturdays & Sundays there is a non-refundable $199.99 service charge for all emergency roadside service calls in Clark & Multnomah county's
